Homescreen Designer is a WYSIWYG application that allows users to create powerful homescreens for their smartphones. It enables users to upload their newly created homescreens to their phones via ActiveSync or export them to a HME-File for sharing. It also provides features such as moving plugins with the mouse, entering a name for the homescreen, changing the size and color of plugins, changing the bold/normal-state of plugins, a color scheme, Vista support, an Office 2007 look, and the ability to include color schemes and system screens into a CAB with auto.
